A lovely pink sparkling wine cocktail. Not too sweet, not too tart, and just a hint of lavender.
This syrup and bitters combo will make about 16 drinks, so you'll need 3-4 bottles of sparkling wine to match.
.5 oz RAFT Hibiscus Lavender Syrup
4 dashes RAFT Grapefruit Bitters
4 oz sparkling wine
Combine all ingredients in a champagne flute and stir gently to mix.
